After that, we will get to Merzouga Desert where the real adventure begins. We will get to our camels and ride them right across the desert to the camp. This is your chance to enjoy a wonderful sunset while taking in the stunning views.
As the night falls, you will have a delicious dinner followed by a fun Berber drumming party under the stars. Finally, you can enjoy stargazing from the camp.
Today, you can wake up early to catch a fantastic sunrise next to the desert camp. After a tasty breakfast at the camp, we will say goodbye to the desert as we leave for Rissani. This place is the capital city of the Tafilalet region. It is well-known for its busy and unique souk (market), especially on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Afterward, we will drive to Ifrane, also referred to as the Swiss town of Morocco. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the town’s atmosphere. You can also visit the famous Atlas Lion Statue there, carved there to remember the extinct Atlas Lion.
