This 3-day shared tour from Marrakech to the Merzouga Desert starts around 07:30 AM. The meeting point and time will be shared one day before the trip. You will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with a stop at an altitude of about 2,260 meters. Here you can stretch your legs, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take pictures of the winding road and surrounding landscapes.
After that, you continue to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. You will have time to walk through this ancient kasbah, a fortified village built with mud bricks on a hilltop. It is a beautiful place with narrow alleys, old houses, and views over the valley.
In the afternoon, the journey goes on past Ouarzazate and along valleys and small villages on the way to Boumalne Dades. By the evening, you arrive at your hotel, check in, relax, and then enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner.

After breakfast in Dades, you drive towards the Todra Gorges. These high rock walls rise up to about 300 meters, with a small river running between them. You have time to walk through the canyon, take photos, and enjoy the views.
By the late afternoon, you arrive near the dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga, where the camels wait for you. You ride your camel caravan into the golden sand dunes and enjoy the changing colors of the desert.
At the camp, you can relax, take a sandboard, and climb a nearby dune to watch the sunset. Later, you have a tasty dinner in the desert, followed by a campfire and drum music under the stars.
