After that, we will go check out the busy souks. We will see Mellah, which is an old Jewish neighborhood. It has its own story.
Lastly, we will take you to see the quiet Majorelle Garden, which was started in 1923 by a Frenchman named Jacques Majorelle. You have time to go on your own through the city later in the afternoon.
Essaouira is the next place you will go after Marrakech. It takes about three hours to drive there. The Medina in Essaouira is a beautiful UNESCO site that is great for relaxing and walking. Known as the “Windy City,” it’s a great place for water sports because the waves are always there. It also has a lively art scene and great seafood because it has a working fishing port. Overnight there.
Today, we are going to Casablanca. First, feel free to have a morning walk around the city of Essaouira. Then we will hit the road to Casablanca to visit its main attractions. Arriving there, we will take you to explore the Hassan II mosque, the only one in Morocco that non-muslims can enter. Feel free to walk around and enjoy the Moroccan architecture. After that, we will take you to the beach nearby to walk and stretch your legs before heading to the hotel and checking in.
After having breakfast in Casablanca, we will go to Rabat, which is the capital city of Morocco. We will visit one of the oldest places in Rabat, the Kasbah of Des Audayas. The main reason it was built in the shape of a castle is to protect it. Furthermore, you can take a short walk inside to get to know the area. After that, will drive to explore the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.
Afterward, we will take the road to Chefchaouen, which is known as the “blue city” city. Our path takes us through the beautiful Rif mountains. You can stop to rest, stretch, and take in the views.

“We traveled with Morocco Vacations for 12 days across Morocco. It was a wonderful trip from beginning to end. Our driver, Aziz, had amazing knowledge of all the areas we traveled and we always felt safe – we were sad to leave him by the end of the tour! One of us even had very bad poisoning and our driver was so caring and helpful, making sure we got the care we needed. We would recommend Aziz and Morocco Vacations to anyone looking to travel to Morocco!”
“We booked a 12-day private tour from Marrakech and back. Overall the whole tour experience was really good. The accommodations the company arranged for us were good and the food provided was tasty too. Our tour guide Hassan is very responsible and helpful towards us, ensuring all is well taken care of. He brought us around, explaining about the places and their history, and helped us a lot! We would look for him again if we were to make a second trip here!”
